Why simulated users find friction before real ones do
Most friction is obvious in hindsight. Here is how agents surface it before launch.
Friction hides in plain sight
Teams that build a product stop seeing it. A label that makes perfect sense to its author is a stumbling block to someone arriving cold. Real user studies catch this, but they take weeks to organise, so they happen rarely.
What an agent brings
A simulated user starts every session with no memory of your product. It has a goal and only what is on the screen. Where it hesitates, backtracks or gives up is a strong hint about where a first-time visitor will too.
Use it as a filter, not a verdict
Simulation is a fast, cheap first pass. It tells you where to look. Confirm the biggest findings by replaying the session, and by watching real behavior once you ship.
